#Upload Logs

Refers to uploading the software's runtime logs from the local machine.

💡Note: Runtime logs do not contain sensitive information such as account passwords.

#Function

• If an exception occurs during software operation, some error logs will be recorded on the local device.
• If the exception affects your user experience and you report the issue to customer support, they may ask you to upload your logs.
• After customer support requests you to upload logs, click the upload log button in the software to complete the upload.

💡Note: Please do not upload log files unnecessarily to avoid consuming server resources. Violators may face account suspension. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
